Message when you open the oil cap. I still say a detailled check of the vac lines is needed even if you have done it before.

To get to the timing marks the timing belt covers need to be removed to see the timing marks on the crankshaft pulley. The valve marks are easy to see with the top half of the covers removed. Here are the mark locations

What is important is when cylindere 1 is t TDC of compression stroke the mark on the crank pulley lines up with the mark on the back plate as well as the 4 cam marks lining up with the 4 martks on the backing plate and the correct number of belt cogs between these marks.
